  Quick lesson in music theory:

     9th chord =  1 ,3 ,5 ,b7, 9.

    Thus, F9  = F ,A ,C ,Eb ,G.

    The Cmadd9 chord is actually a down scale, all the notes of which add up
    to make a Cmadd9 chord (C Eb G D)

    I think the F9/Eb chord is right. Then again, the whole damn thing may
    be wrong. Play it through and listen to the song and see what you think.
